Jillian passed away peacefully and surrounded by love at Forth Valley Royal Hospital on Tuesday, 5th November, aged 51 years. 

Dearly loved mum to Rachel, a loving daughter, sister, aunty, cousin, and a great friend to many.

Jillian was a truly remarkable woman, known for her headstrong nature and unwavering love and loyalty for her family and friends. She displayed incredible strength and grace, fighting valiantly until the very end and demonstrating what true courage looks like. Even in the face of adversity, she reminded everyone who knew her that love and hope can still shine through.

More than just a fighter, Jillian was a loving mother, a devoted friend, and a beacon of light in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her, and although her time on earth was far too short, the impact she made will resonate in the hearts of her family and friends forever. 

Jillian's loved ones will honour her memory by cherishing each other and living life with the same strength she displayed every day.  

They will be forever grateful for the time they were lucky enough to have spent by her side. 

A service of celebration for the life of Jillian will take place in the Falkirk Crematorium service room on Saturday, 16th November, at 9:30, followed by an interment at Old Grandsable Cemetery.

Family and friends are welcome to attend.

Jillian’s loved ones request that everyone attending her celebration of life wear something in shades of pink, purple, and/or red, as these are Jillian’s favorite colors, making it a fitting tribute to her wonderful personality.

Donations, if so, desired can be made in memory of Jillian for Strathcarron Hospice and can be left following the service or donated personally using the donations link above. 

Friends and loved ones are invited to contribute to Jillian’s memorial page by sharing fond memories and photographs of Jillian, lighting a memorial candle or leaving a message for her family to keep and take comfort from following her service day.
